Remember that feeling you had when you went to your grandparent’s house for a visit? The home would wrap around you like a warm fleece blanket. You could hear the crackle of fireplace and the amazing aromas of the baked goods coming out of the kitchen would make your mouth water with joy. That’s the feeling you get when you enter the Inn at Jackson.


You won’t be greeted by your grandparents here, but instead our friendly and accommodating staff. They will make you feel at home from the moment you enter through our front door and view our spacious lobby until the time you leave, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The inn offers 14 guestrooms and beautiful common areas with wood fireplaces and comfortable areas to sit and chat, gorgeous views of Jackson Village and Pinkham Notch from the windows of the remodeled dining room, and convenient access to the heart of Jackson, NH. It's a place you'll want to stay. As a Romance Inn we do not take children or pets.

Accommodations

The Inn at Jackson has 14 individually appointed guestrooms. On the first and second floor, we have our nine spacious Victorian rooms with either wood or gas fireplaces, many with beautiful views of the town and surrounding forest.


The third floor has five of the smaller, Mountain Lodge rooms. Although these rooms do not have fireplaces, they still offer a cozy and comfortable option at a lesser cost.

About the Inn

Originally built by the Baldwin Piano Family as a "summer cottage" in 1902, our inn has a long legacy of giving families a cozy place to stay in peaceful Jackson, New Hampshire.

Victorian Style Rooms

These are the larger of the two style rooms and have fireplaces or gas stoves. All Guestrooms Have Air Conditioning / Heat (seasonally), Cable TV, and Private Bathrooms.

Mountain Lodge Rooms

Mountain Lodge Rooms (3rd Floor)-These are the smaller of the two style rooms and do not have fireplaces. Please be aware that there is no elevator, only stairs to these rooms.

Inn Amenities

The inn has several amenities with great common areas for you and your fellow guests. Enjoy the large front lawn looking into the village. Sit and relax enjoying your favorite beverage on our front porch or at our firepit. Soak in our outdoor hot-tub under the stars.

Things to Do

Jackson Village is a quintessential New England town with quaint shops and amazing restaurants. The area’s landscape, complete with the Jackson “Honeymoon” covered bridge built in 1876, is located on the edge of 750,000 acres of the White Mountain National Forest.


Spectacular natural beauty, and as much four season recreation as you’ll find in all of New England. Hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, horse back riding, golfing, in the Summer. In Winter, we are centrally located to area attractions, including Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore and Black Mountain ski resorts as well as Jackson Ski Touring’s famous cross-country trails, which lead right from our door.

Located right in Jackson, centrally located to local restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether it’s fine dining or American pub food Jackson is known for its great restaurants. Thompson House Eatery, Yesterdays, Wildcat Tavern or Autumn Nomad are just a few to investigate.

We get rave reviews for our breakfast at the Inn at Jackson and it is included in the room rate.

Reviews

The Inn at Jackson has history dating back to the early 1900's when it was built for the Baldwins from Baldwin Pianos. It was recently purchased in 2021 by new owners. The Hospitality continues to be top notch.
