Policies & Guest Information:

An 8% NH room & meals tax is added to all room rates. Two-night stays are typically required during Peak Seasons. Rates are based on double occupancy. Add $20.00 to room rate for additional guests.

Deposits & Cancellations:   A 50% deposit is required for multiple night reservations.  Full amount is required for one-night stays.  A full refund of the deposit will be provided if cancellations occur prior to 14 days of your stay. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be granted a credit for a future stay.  A $25 fee will be applied to all cancellations.
